At Norrsken VC, we are a close-knit team, united by a few questions: where do we find the next impact unicorn and how to best support our portfolio companies along their journey – because if they win, we all win.

We are hiring a Platform Analyst to join our Operations Team – the engine behind everything that isn't deal-making. The team spans three functions: Platform (founder support and networks), Impact (sustainability analytics and regulatory readiness), and Comms & PR (brand, media, and content). This is a paid, full-time traineeship of 12 months starting in September 2026, based in Stockholm.

What the job involves:

• Platform: Lead the design and execution of scalable portfolio support services, build and curate multi-stakeholder communities spanning founders, Venture Partners, and corporates, and drive a full-spectrum event program from intimate peer dinners to flagship summits like Impact/Return to create compounding value across the investment lifecycle.

• Impact: Track and analyse sustainability and impact data across our portfolio, support EU Taxonomy and SFDR reporting, and produce research that sharpens our investment thesis and founder support

• Comms & PR: Support campaign development, content, thought leadership and brand building activation for Norrsken VC, as well as help position our founders on Europe's most relevant stages

You will take real ownership. Many projects you'll drive from start to finish, across all three functions.

Who we are looking for:

Someone who wants to make the world a better place and believes that entrepreneurship and strong business models are great driving forces for this. Someone

• analytical and comfortable with data, whether that's impact metrics, event tracking, or content research

• who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same, and no process is too sacred to iterate

• takes initiative, moves quickly, and follows through

• 1+ year prior experience from e.g. Management Consulting, Venture Capital, Startup Operator) but passion and drive matter more than your CV
  

Salary and process

Competitive salary in line with market salary.

Shortlisted candidates will complete a short online assessment (approx. 30 minutes, covering communication, problem-solving and numerical reasoning), followed by interviews with the full Operations Team.
